We supply modified materials — modified PVC, TPE, TPR and TPV pellets — for extrusion, injection molding and other processing. The parts shown under Applications are validation samples made with our own materials, not products for sale.

Modified PVC (soft extrusion and injection grades, high and low temperature, low-VOC, glossy, matte, rigid), TPE, TPR, and TPV (wear-resistant, high-temperature, high-flow). They cover interior and exterior trim, window and sunroof seals, roof and windshield seals, water scrapers, insert and bright strips, bumpers and edge guards.

Match it to the service condition. Long-term outdoor sealing and trim parts — water scrapers, window and sunroof seals — usually call for TPV or TPE. Interior parts with low odor or low VOC need low-VOC PVC. A glossy or matte finish calls for glossy or matte PVC. Send us the part, the process and the key performance targets, and we will recommend the grade.

Many grades meet imported US and Japanese standards, and we also develop high-temperature, low-temperature and wear-resistant grades. Hardness (Shore A), temperature range, compression set and UV or aging resistance vary by grade — ask us for the data. Give us your service environment and our engineers will match the right grade.

We offer a low-VOC PVC series for automotive interiors, and our materials meet RoHS and REACH. If you have OEM or industry emission and odor standards, tell us in advance and we will test to them.

Yes. Send your target properties — hardness, tensile strength, temperature and weathering ratings, odor, haze — and we will match the material and recommend a grade. We also support you through processing and equipment setup.

We test the material itself, not finished parts, and issue reports on mechanical, thermal and weathering properties. Third-party or OEM-specified reports can be arranged on request. See Testing Equipment for our lab.
